compartment to maintain the product’s waterproof performance and extend its lifespan.
To check the battery level, press the RUN button. The LED indicator will light up for 1 minute to display the current battery status.
If the low battery LED flashes green, it indicates that the battery is low and
needs to be charged.
- Mark the positions for the wall bracket screws on the wall. Recommended installation height: 3 to 4 feet from the ground.
- Drill holes at the marked positions using the provided template.
- Insert four M6 plastic anchors (included in the accessory pack) into the drilled holes, then secure the hose reel bracket to the wall using the provided screws.
- Mount the hose reel onto the wall bracket as shown in the diagrams above. Then, connect the inlet hose to the faucet to begin use.
Attention: The included plastic anchors and screws are intended for concrete walls only. For other wall types (e.g., wood), please use suitable mounting hardware to ensure proper installation.
The Retraction Control is pre-paired from the factory. If it isn’t functioning, please follow the steps below to re-pair it.
Press and hold the STOP button on the control panel for 5 seconds. When all four LED indicators flash simultaneously, the unit has entered pairing mode, as shown in the diagram below.

Press the button on the Retraction Control located at the end of the hose. When the hose reel base receives the signal, all four LED indicators will stay on continuously. Then press the STOP button to exit pairing mode. If the LEDs turn off, the Retraction Control has been successfully paired.
To retract the hose, you can either:
- Press the RUN button on the top of the control panel, or
- Press the button on the Retraction Control attached to the hose.
Note
Press RUN button once, the LED indicator will display the current battery level. Press the Run button again, the unit begin retracting the hose.
To stop the retraction at any time:
- Press the STOP button on the control panel, or
- Press the button on the Retraction Control once more.
Retraction will typically stop automatically once the hose is fully retracted. However, if the
hose is manually pulled or obstructed during the process, the unit will activate a safety
mechanism and stop automatically. You may also interrupt the process using any of the
stop methods mentioned above.
The control panel features two buttons with a dual-color LED indicator (red/green) located above them.
- A green light indicates that the hose reel is functioning normally.
- A red light indicates a malfunction or error with the product.
The product includes a standard battery pack containing three 2500mAh 18650 lithium batteries. The battery pack is equipped with a BMS (Battery Management System) protection board to ensure safe operation.
There are four LED indicator lights on the battery pack, representing battery levels from low to high (left to right). To check the battery level, press the button on the battery pack. The indicators will display the battery status for approximately 30 seconds.
Charging the Battery Pack
The battery pack supports charging via a USB Type-C port. During charging, the LED indicators will flash based on the current battery level. When all four LED indicators remain steadily lit, the battery pack is fully charged. Full charging takes approximately 4 to 8 hours.
The battery cable is equipped with a DC5.5 × 2.1mm male plug, which must be connected to the corresponding female plug on the unit.
Once fully charged, the battery pack can support up to 35 operation cycles.
